Ozone is designed to reflect the atmosphere and the ozone layer, hence the name, this is reflected in his design by having very light blueish tone to a lot of his clothing and appearance. besides when it comes to the clothing from the waist down, which is coloured in a way to be symbolic of the harmful gas and debris in our atmosphere.

The creature on Ozone's back is a physical embodiment of human greed, the more humanity presents greed and selfishness in its vicinity it takes more control of Ozone's body. he makes a point of living pretty much in the middle of nowhere as a result of this.
